Any product is just as good as its support and related services. Therefore, we put a big emphasis on our customer support and will happily assist the L-39NG operators in the fields listed below.
By signing a contract for the delivery of an L-39NG aircraft, the work is far from over for us. In order to prepare our customers for the most efficient utilization of the L-39NG, we provide:
- Pilot and ground personnel training
- Maintenance and ground support equipment
- Logistics support
An aircraft is an expensive toy, the L-39NG being no exception. To prepare pilots for the operation of the actual aircraft, AERO and its partners are able to provide you with a wide range of simulation solutions, ranging from very basic simulators to the access to the training missions of the Tactical Training Center in Pardubice.
The DTI is real-time PC-based part task trainer designed as a training aid for cockpit and avionics familiarization and basic crew station and weapons operations.
The CPT provides L-39NG pilots with intermediate training level at squadron locations, enables selected safety-of flight training and maximizes pilot proficiency of weapon systems.
The UTD provides initial (before transition to the L-39NG FMS) and continuation training for L-39NG fighter pilots at squadron locations. This new generation, low-cost trainer provides selected safety-of flight training and maximizes pilot proficiency of weapon systems.
L-39NG Full Mission Simulator with multi-channel high-resolution displays can reproduce any training exercises taught on actual L-39NG aircraft – including replay for debriefing. These range from basic disciplines to end-of-course exercises. The facility can be used to simulate use of weapons, while the cost, safety and environmental issues posed by “real life” weapons training and extreme low flying are avoided.
Once equipped with a UTD or FMS, L-39NG operators can be granted access to the TTC in Pardubice. By means of a secured internet connection, L-39NG pilots can participate in real-time flight simulation missions created by the TTC and fly against pilots from other air forces. The benefit of this concept is that the cadets are faced with real human opponents that have been trained under different conditions and in accordance with different training syllabuses. In addition to the fact, that the mission environment is created by a third party (TTC), this is probably as close as you can get to a real combat mission!
Every customer is different and so are the missions of the L-39NG. Equipment suitable for one customer or a certain type of mission may not be useful for another one. The L-39NG is therefore designed as a basic version of the aircraft with a wide range of customization options.
By modifying its systems, avionics, equipment and armament, customers can adjust the L-39NG perfectly to its intended deployment.
This concept enables the customers to get an aircraft tailored to their needs without having to pay for unnecessary equipment. Below are the main areas of customization we can provide to our customers:
- Avionics customization to match with final fighter type of the operator
- Armament integration to match with final fighter type of the operator
- Special Systems integration (self-defense, surveillance systems, jamming systems)
- Landing gear (tyres) to operate from unpaved runways
- and many more...
Didn't find the modification you were looking for? Ask us about further options!
To enable the adjustment of the aircraft to the wide variety of missions and customer requirements, the avionics of the L-39NG is completely open.
- Fast and simple adding, upgrading or swapping of components
- Built around digital multiplex data buses ARINC-429 as well as other types of interfaces, such as Ethernet or RS-22
- Hgh level of modality and customization options
Thanks to this concept, the avionics of the L-39NG can meet the requirements of the most demanding customers.
Customizing the "brain" of your aircraft has never been easier!
The purchase of an aircraft is a long term investment. Looking closer at aircraft fleets of many air forces across the globe, a service age of 25+ years or more is nothing exceptional for a jet aircraft.
Therefore, as a customer, you don’t want to end up with a machine that becomes virtually unserviceable due to the unavailability of spare parts, manufacturing methods and procedures or the simple closure of the manufacturing or maintenance line at the OEM.
For L-39NG operators we solve this problem by guaranteeing serviceability of the aircraft in its original configuration for 25 years.
AERO has only one manufacturing and MRO facility.
What may sound as a drawback in the beginning is actually one of the major benefits to our customers. AERO is a one-spot partner providing all services in its seat in Odolena Voda. No matter what problems you are facing, you only have one partner to deal with.
